Pricing
A la Carte
Per hour charges (within area)
After one hour, per 15 minute increments, up to 3 hours.  Over 3 hours,       
 there is an increase per quarter-hour.
Sundays and after hours, $10 added per hour.
Holidays and less than 24 hours' notice, $20 added per hour.

Concierge Account
$50 membership fee
Client deposits set amount to account, fees are deducted, and monthly        
invoice is sent to client with service detail.
Notices are sent to remind clients when balance falls below a pre-set dollar    
amount.
10% discount on hourly rates.

Reminder Service
1 -5 calls        $10/month                                11- 15 calls        $24/month
6 - 10 calls     $18/month                                15+ calls           $1.50 each

1st service or over 55        10% off hourly service
Referrals                         15% off next service or $10 credit






Policies
ALL services require 24 hours' advance notice.
One hour minimum.
We will NOT perform any task that is illegal, immoral or that may cause        
harm, injury or embarrassment to our staff.
For insurance reasons, we can NOT transport people or animals, clean homes,  
care for pets, cook meals or cater, care for children, plan full events, or
perform medical services or dispense medications.  
NO exceptions will be  
made.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Rates are subject to change.
There is a $25 NSF fee on all returned checks.
Use of the PayPal service is subject to a $5 service fee.
Services requested outside our service area are subject to additional fees.
Cancellation of services must be made at least 4 hours in advance.  Notice will   
be taken by either telephone or email.




FAQs

What is a concierge?    We all do a balancing act every day, and since most
of us don’t have a personal assistant to make the phone calls and run the
errands for us, we try and cram them into the weekend and on our lunch hour
during the week. In fact, many people feel that there are simply not enough
hours in the day to get everything done. Right?  Well help has arrived!!!
Although the concierge industry is fairly new, the number of companies that
are catering to time-starved people is skyrocketing as is the customer demand
for such businesses. Why? Simple. People are trying to squeeze 36 hours into a
24-hour day.

Do you offer gift certificates?   You bet!  Certificates make a great gift.  All
certificates are for at least one hour of services.

What payment methods do you accept?   Cash, Check, and Credit Cards via
PayPal

What areas do you serve?   Our main service area is bounded by Route 80 in
Shorewood, Larkin Avenue in Joliet, 111th Street in Naperville, and Arbeiter
Road in Plainfield.  We will happily serve people outside those areas at added
cost.  (Gas prices!)

When are you available?   Regular business hours are Monday through
Friday, 9a.m. to 4p.m., and Saturday, 9a.m. to 2p.m.  
We are licenced and insured.
